NOTICE: NEW INTERNET USAGE SITE USERS
On 1st September we upgraded the platform that reports internet usage. Unfortunately for various reasons we have discovered an issue which means that, for some customers, the usage site is showing higher than actual usage. Our team is working very hard to address this as quickly as we can. This issue will not impact your monthly bill, just the usage meter.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

What does the site do?
The Internet Broadband Usage Statement keeps track of how much volume you have used making it a useful tool to better manage your Broadband connection each month.
The information in the usage statement is provided as a guide to your Internet Broadband Account usage. It should not be relied upon as a substitute for the Internet Broadband charges that appear on your monthly Telecom Account Statement.
